Rheumatoid arthritis (RA): For adults with moderate to severely active RA.
Psoriatic arthritis (PsA): For adults with active PsA.
Ulcerative colitis (UC): For adults with moderately to severely active UC.
Ankylosing spondylitis (AS): For the treatment of AS.
Polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis (pJIA): For children aged 2 years and older.

If this medicine is used for a long time you will be asked for regular monitoring of blood sugar, blood pressure, bone density as well as an eye examination.
